Whitburn Methodist Church

Whitburn Methodist Church has a small congregation, but nevertheless offers a friendly, warm and loving environment for anyone to share in our worship of God. We aim to live and show the relevance of Christ's message for all; and therefore endeavour to show and share the Word of God with our community.

Mid-monthly venture: Café Kingdom, Sunday worship for all ages, Church but not as you know it.

New Silksworth Methodist Church

New Silksworth Methodist Church is a church rooted in its local community.  We are a very relaxed, friendly and informal Church and this is reflected in our Sunday Worship which includes a Sunday club for children.

We have a good relationship with other Churches in the village, this includes sharing in a monthly Saturday Family Fun Club meeting on our premises, a joint Foodbank initiative and an excellent annual Village Holiday Club for children and young people.

Ewesley Road Methodist Church

Ewesley Road Church is one of six  Sunderland Methodist Circuit Churches situated in the City on the south side of the River Wear well within the City Boundaries and close to the City Centre. The Church has developed on this site since 1904 responding to the growth of housing in the Chester Road area. The Church aims to be welcoming, caring and inclusive of all,  building on strong traditions of prayer, fellowship, music, mission and social concern. The fellowship is enthusiastic and forward looking and endeavours to build close links with the surrounding community.

East Boldon Methodist Church

East Boldon Methodist is a caring congregation which uses a variety of worship styles often involving local worship leaders. Regular midweek fellowships extend the worshipping congregation.
The building is extensively used by the community, including flower classes, belly dancing, youth club, and luncheon club.
